We are located among the gentle rolling hills of
South Central Iowa, where we breed and raise
the wonderful breed of dogs known as the
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Our lives are truly
blessed and enriched as we interact daily with
these special little dogs. Our Cavaliers are
wonderful companion dogs enjoying any
attention given to them. They love to play
"retrieve games", and are really quite alert and
intelligent. Being in our laps, having their hair
brushed and receiving a massage are high on
their list of most favorite things to do.
Our facility is equipped with heating and cooling
to keep our pets as comfortable as possible
when needed. They have roomy, comfortable
dens which is also their place of security. It is
important to provide them this place of security,
( dogs of the wild have set an example of this for
us). We also provide them with an outside play
area where they get lots of fresh air and can
return inside to play as well or just lounge
around. Our dogs are very happy and playful.
They shower us with lots of love and affection.
We do our best to provide a clean and healthy
environment for our pets. Our adults see a
veterinarian annually. They receive vaccinations
as needed and are on a deworming schedule. We
also like to use Frontline Plus on them as a flea
and tick preventative.
During whelping we stay close by the mother as
she gives birth to her little ones. We make sure
each one gets a chance to get off to a good
start. They truly are a gift from God and we pray
for each one to experience a happy and healthy
life.
Our puppies will have received the appropriate
vaccinations and dewormings for their age
before going to their new homes. Our top priority
is to send them home with you well socialized
and in optimum health. We suggest that within
72 hours of bringing your puppy home you take
him/her to see a licensed veterinarian to assure
you of your puppy's health, this way we both
agree that you have received a healthy puppy
from us. At the same time you may want to
discuss future vaccination boosters with your vet
and also set up a deworming program.
We have received positive feedback from our
facility inspector, veterinarian, and visitors. We
truly care about each one our dogs, and giving
them a healthy environment in which to live. If
you have any questions you would like to ask or
